Brand & Marketing Strategy

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

Jewell Projects provides comprehensive brand and marketing strategy services, including but not limited to:

  • Development of Brand Strategy & Architecture
  • Crafting Positioning Platforms, including the ‘One-Word-Why’ methodology
  • Audience research and definition of Customer Insights & Personas
  • Creation of Marketing Roadmaps & Go-to-Market Plans
  • Campaign Strategy & Ideation
  • Market & Competitor Analysis

All strategic activities are customised to the client’s business model, growth goals, and competitive landscape.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to relevant business, product, and customer information.
  • Participate in discovery workshops and provide timely input and approvals at each stage.
  • Nominate a single point of contact for feedback and sign-off.
  • Ensure internal alignment on strategic priorities and intended outcomes.

Delays in feedback, incomplete information, or changes in project scope may affect deliverables and timelines.

3. Deliverables & Timelines

Deliverables may include, but are not limited to:

  • Brand Strategy Document
  • Positioning Platform & One-Word-Why
  • Audience Personas & Journey Mapping
  • Campaign Strategy Briefs
  • Go-to-Market Plans
  • Competitor Audit Reports

Timelines will be confirmed in the project schedule and depend on prompt client participation. Estimated duration for full brand strategy development is 2–6 weeks, subject to project scope.

4. IP & Confidentiality

All intellectual property developed by Jewell Projects remains the property of Jewell Projects until full payment is received. Upon final payment:

  • Strategic documentation is licensed to the client for internal use.
  • Jewell Projects retains the right to reference anonymised results for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

All confidential information exchanged will be treated with strict confidence and will not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to commence the project.
  • Remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the final strategic output or within 14 days of invoice, whichever is sooner.
  • Additional workshops, scope changes, or stakeholder rounds beyond the agreed number will be charged at an hourly rate, quoted separately.

Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

6. Termination Clauses

  • Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date.
  • Strategic documents in progress will be handed over in draft form, subject to payment.

If termination is due to breach, no intellectual property will transfer until outstanding balances are settled.

7. Disclaimers

Jewell Projects provides strategy and recommendations based on current market conditions, industry insight, and client data. Outcomes are influenced by client implementation and external factors and are therefore not guaranteed.

The client is responsible for execution, unless otherwise agreed in writing as a separate engagement.

8. NSW / Australian Law Reference

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts. All services are delivered in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
