Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

Jewell Projects provides advanced marketing technology and AI-enabled integration services designed to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and data insight. This includes:

  • Workflow Automation using AI Tools (e.g. Zapier, N8N, GPT integrations)
  • Telemarketing Systems Integration (e.g. VOIP, call tracking, lead distribution)
  • CRM Workflow Optimisation (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, etc.)
  • Chatbot & Virtual Assistant Setup (custom or platform-based)
  • Predictive Analytics Models & Custom Reporting Dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)

Solutions are tailored to the client’s existing systems, industry, and operational needs.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide access to required platforms, APIs, CRM systems, databases, and admin logins.
  • Nominate internal stakeholders for technical review, data compliance, and user testing.
  • Review and approve test environments and configuration drafts within defined timelines.

Client-side infrastructure limitations, outdated platforms, or lack of documentation may affect scope and feasibility.

3. Deliverables & Timelines

Deliverables may include:

  • Documented automation workflows and AI integrations
  • Configured and deployed chatbots or assistants (with training data)
  • CRM workflow enhancements, email triggers, lead routing
  • Predictive models, visual dashboards, and custom reporting templates
  • System training and handover documentation

Timelines vary significantly based on complexity but are typically scoped between 3–6 weeks. Phased delivery (MVP, v1.0, v2.0) may be used for larger projects.

4. IP & Confidentiality

  • Finalised configurations and integration logic developed within the client’s systems are owned by the client upon full payment.
  • Jewell Projects retains intellectual property rights over proprietary scripts, templates, and frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • AI prompt libraries, GPT flows, or dashboards created remain confidential and may not be replicated or redistributed.

All client data, API credentials, customer records, and internal business information are treated with strict confidentiality and handled securely.

5. Payment Terms

  • Project work requires a 50% commencement deposit.
  • Remaining 50% is due at delivery of completed integrations or 14 days from invoice, whichever occurs first.
  • Ongoing support, performance tuning, or SLA-level monitoring is available under a separate retainer agreement.

Any required third-party tools, platform licenses, or hosting environments are billed directly to the client and are not included in Jewell Projects’ pricing.

6. Termination Clauses

  • A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required to terminate any integration project.
  • Upon termination, all work completed to date will be invoiced and provided as-is, including implementation notes and access logs.
  • If terminated after deployment, Jewell Projects is not liable for system reversion or rollback.

Incomplete integrations or inactive features will not be supported unless contracted for post-project support.

7. Disclaimers

  • Jewell Projects cannot guarantee AI model performance, CRM behaviour, or automation success in cases of:
    • Third-party system outages or API changes
    • Inaccurate or incomplete data
    • External platform algorithm or policy shifts
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure legal compliance with data privacy and telemarketing laws (e.g., opt-ins, consent) unless covered in a separate compliance scope.

Predictive analytics and automation models are only as accurate as the data provided and should be reviewed regularly by the client.

8. NSW / Australian Law Reference

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Services are delivered in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Spam Act 2003, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), and relevant data security guidelines. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
