Terms & Conditions

1. Service Scope

Jewell Projects offers integrated event marketing and activation services designed to build brand engagement, generate leads, and elevate in-person or virtual event experiences. Services include:

  • Strategic Event Campaign Planning (pre-, during, and post-event)
  • Live Event Support: On-site marketing, signage, branding, media coordination
  • Webinar & Online Event Production: Platforms, run sheets, technical setup, presenter support
  • Brand Collateral Design: Flyers, backdrops, booths, signage
  • Environmental Branding: Stage design, motion visuals, experiential assets

Services are custom scoped depending on event type, audience, format, and scale.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide confirmed event dates, venue access details, and internal stakeholders for coordination.
  • Approve creative, strategy, and run sheets within required lead times.
  • Secure venue and platform bookings, unless otherwise contracted to Jewell Projects.
  • Provide or confirm brand guidelines, guest lists, speaker information, and partner sponsor inputs.

Last-minute changes or venue restrictions may affect deliverables or on-site execution.

3. Deliverables & Timelines

Deliverables may include:

  • Event marketing strategy and campaign roadmap
  • On-site branding and collateral (digital or physical)
  • Webinar landing pages, invites, and broadcast setup
  • Video production, photography, and live streaming (if scoped)
  • Post-event reporting, feedback surveys, and wrap-up collateral

Lead times for physical events typically require 4–8 weeks for full planning and creative rollout. Virtual events require 2–4 weeks. Rush turnarounds may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a surcharge.

4. IP & Confidentiality

  • Jewell Projects licenses all final creative content to the client upon full payment.
  • Templates, technical processes, and internal frameworks remain the property of Jewell Projects.
  • Any data collected through event registration forms or analytics is owned by the client and protected under data privacy policies.

All event materials, scripts, presentations, and attendee data are treated with strict confidentiality.

5. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to commence pre-production.
  • The remaining 50% is due on delivery of final assets or within 14 days of the event date, whichever is earlier.
  • Additional charges may apply for late changes, rush printing, vendor delays, or equipment hire.

All third-party venue, catering, AV, or security services are payable directly by the client unless included in the scope.

6. Termination Clauses

  • Event projects may be cancelled up to 30 days before the scheduled event with written notice.
  • Cancellations within 30 days may incur partial or full project fees depending on costs already incurred.
  • Creative work completed prior to termination will be delivered in its current format and invoiced accordingly.

Force majeure events (e.g. venue closure, pandemic restrictions) will be managed collaboratively, with rescheduling options offered where possible.

7. Disclaimers

  • Jewell Projects is not responsible for event attendance, technical platform outages, or third-party venue failures.
  • We do not guarantee campaign ROI, media exposure, or viral outcomes unless contracted under a separate performance model.
  • Final responsibility for compliance with event safety, permits, public liability, and sponsor agreements rests with the client.

8. NSW / Australian Law Reference

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All event marketing services comply with the Australian Consumer Law, Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW), Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and relevant advertising standards. All disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
