Recognising the need to place the customer at the centre of our strategy, we began with a comprehensive Discovery Workshop to understand Vast Fitness’s unique selling propositions and target audience. We conducted thorough research and analysis to inform our approach, which included the following key elements:

With a brand essence rooted in NZ’s clean, green provenance, we designed and delivered these elements for the business and brand.

An overwhelmingly successful global launch included pre-sales 12 months ahead of the first production.

For privacy reasons, specific numbers are not disclosed, but due to our successful collaboration over six months, King Country was acquired by a major industry competitor in late 2024. Our relationship with King Country continues to thrive as we also collaborate with their new parent company, Clean Health Fitness Institute.
