To face the challenges of their digital marketing and sales efforts. King Country approached Jewell Projects for help with campaign performance and optimisation, HubSpot automation, customer journey mapping, and business intelligence and reporting.
Methodology
Recognising the need to place the customer at the centre of our strategy, we began with a comprehensive Discovery Workshop to understand Vast Fitness’s unique selling propositions and target audience. We conducted thorough research and analysis to inform our approach, which included the following key elements:
- Audience Analysis Identified target audience, their needs, and preferences through qualitative data from key stakeholders and past customers.
- Brand Positioning Clarified King Country's unique value proposition in a saturated market.
- Competitor Analysis Conducted SWOT analysis to understand the competitive landscape.
To face the challenges of their digital marketing and sales efforts. Vast Fitness approached Sydney Digital Marketing for help with campaign performance and optimisation, HubSpot automation, customer journey mapping, and business intelligence and reporting.
- Meta Ads Built a full-funnel approach across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, with A/B testing for optimal results.
- Search Engine Optimisation Optimised existing content, created new pages and blog posts, and improved search rankings and organic traffic.
- HubSpot Integration Implemented a custom lead scoring matrix and automated workflows to enhance lead quality and sales efficiency.

With a brand essence rooted in NZ’s clean, green provenance, we designed and delivered these elements for the business and brand.
