Terms & Conditions
1. Service Scope
Jewell Projects provides strategic and technical email marketing and CRM services, including:
- Email Campaign Strategy & Automation
- CRM Integration & Management (e.g., Hubspot, ActiveCampaign)
- Contact Segmentation, List Management, and Funnel Design
- eDM Copywriting, Graphic Design, Testing, and Deployment
- Campaign Performance Tracking, Reporting, and Continuous Optimisation
Services are delivered through approved third-party platforms under the client’s accounts, where applicable.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide access to email marketing and CRM platforms (admin credentials or collaborator roles).
- Supply any required data sets (e.g., customer lists, tags, consent records).
- Approve campaign schedules, content, and strategy before deployment.
- Maintain accurate, GDPR/Privacy Act-compliant contact records.
Jewell Projects is not responsible for platform limitations or contact list hygiene unless contracted to manage such issues explicitly.
3. Deliverables & Timelines
Deliverables may include:
- Email strategy documentation
- Email automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement)
- Segmented contact lists and funnel mapping
- Designed and tested eDMs (with variations as agreed)
- Monthly performance reports (open/click/conversion rates)
Standard timeline for a full campaign setup ranges from 1–3 weeks, with ongoing monthly support cycles defined in each engagement.
4. IP & Confidentiality
- Final copy and designs are owned by the client upon full payment.
- All CRM setups, segmentation frameworks, and automation logic developed within the client’s platform remain the property of the client.
- Jewell Projects retains the right to use anonymised strategy models or campaign outcomes for internal training or portfolio use unless prohibited in writing.
All client data, especially email lists and campaign insights, are treated as strictly confidential.
5. Payment Terms
- Email marketing services are billed monthly in advance or by project scope.
- Additional campaigns, automation builds, or integrations not originally scoped are quoted and invoiced separately.
- CRM platform subscriptions and third-party tools are billed directly to the client.
Payments are due within 7 days of invoice. Delays may result in campaign suspension.
6. Termination Clauses
- A 30-day written notice is required to terminate recurring retainers.
- Upon termination, Jewell Projects will:
- Transfer all campaign assets, templates, and analytics files to the client
- Provide final access/export of automation workflows (if available in the platform)
- Disable user access for Jewell Projects personnel

Unused prepaid time or monthly retainers are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
7. Disclaimers
- Jewell Projects does not guarantee open or click-through rates, which depend on audience quality, content, and platform deliverability factors.
- Client must ensure that contact databases are consent-based and compliant with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, Privacy Act 1988).
- Third-party platform outages, policy updates, or technical limitations may impact service delivery.
8. NSW / Australian Law Reference
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All services are delivered in compliance with the Spam Act 2003, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and relevant data protection laws. Any disputes shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
