Graphic Design
1. Brand Identity
1.1. Design your Visual Identity
We bring your brand to life by transforming the details of your brief into compelling visual concepts. We determine the most suitable style direction, colour palette, and typography for your brand and its target audience, whether it entails a refresh or a complete rebranding.
We present 1 to 2 concepts, accompanied by real-world examples as digital mockups, enabling you to visualise your brand’s potential appearance across various applications. This presentation includes:
- Logo
- Typography
- Colour Palette
- Imagery
- Illustration & Iconography (if required)
The mockups typically feature collateral such as email signatures, letterheads, business cards, social media profile graphics, or presentation slides.
1.2. Feedback & Revisions
Revisions are included, but it is imperative to adhere to a 1-2 round revision process to maintain scope. If revisions exceed this number, it we may be misaligned in our understanding of the project. If so, we will engage in an open and honest conversation to realign and proceed with confidence.
2. Brand Guidelines & Asset Library
2.1. Create Your Brand Guidelines
A playbook detailing the utilisation of your brand assets to ensure your content remains consistently on brand. It outlines your core brand purpose and personality, logo usage, colours, typographic elements, and illustrative elements.
2.2. Brand Asset Library
These include the logo files in various formats, your brand style guide, and any imagery, illustrations, icons, or collateral developed during the design process all available for download from your digital asset management system (DAM) via your portal.
3. Design Your Online Business
This is where we tie it all together. We take the strategy, design and brand language developed earlier and position your online business so that it engages your target audience.
We design a custom, high-performing, beautiful website that is brand-accurate, people-friendly and goal-focused.
3.1. Website Strategy
We outline the basic user journey for your key target audiences, from first click to conversion. A good user experience requires considering more than just your website’s visual design. This ensures we make the right impression at every touchpoint
3.2. Planning & Design
Helped by the insights from the initial brief and website strategy, we define a high-level overview of your site’s structure, form a design system closely connected with your visual identity and preview the initial website design.
This process ensures your website is not only beautiful and on-brand but is designed to support the customer through each stage of the buyer journey.
To preview the design we create a static prototype. The prototype is interactive and resembles what the finished product will look like, but is not fully functional. It will give us a visual representation of the site’s overall layout and a clear sense of the flow of the page, how each piece of content relates to another and ensures that content is arranged to help achieve your goals. This will be done in desktop & mobile view for the:
- Home page
- 2 x sub-pages (these pages will be determined once the website strategy is complete)
3.3. Feedback & Revisions
Here we finalise your website design. We review your feedback and make any necessary changes to the design. Two rounds of revisions are included, if we need more we can revisit based on the scope of work.
3.4. Handover
The work is done. The visual material is complete. We deliver all creative assets ready for your developer.
