Website Quotation Terms and Conditions
These Website Quotation Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the terms under which Jewell Projects provides quotations for website design, development, and related services. By accepting your quotation from Jewell Projects, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Quotation Validity
1.1. The quotation provided by Jewell Projects is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Scope of Work
2.1. The quotation outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and any specific services or features to be provided by Jewell Projects. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the quotation.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment terms and methods are specified in the quotation, typically strictly 7 days. You agree to make payments to Jewell Projects according to the agreed-upon schedule.
4. Acceptance and Confirmation
4.1. To accept the quotation, you must provide written confirmation, which may include an email response, a signed acceptance document or by clicking ‘approved’ in your quotation link. Acceptance signifies your commitment to proceed with the project.
5. Project Timeline
5.1. The quotation may include an estimated timeline for project completion. Jewell Projects will make reasonable efforts to adhere to this timeline, but it is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, timeliness of feedback and a multitude of other factors.
6. Changes and Revisions
6.1. Any changes or revisions to the project scope or requirements must be briefed and agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and materials as requested by Jewell Projects to ensure the project stays on schedule.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Upon full payment, you will have ownership rights to the final website design and content. Any third-party assets or materials used in the project are subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate the project in writing if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. In such cases, Jewell Projects will be compensated for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project-related information and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Any disputes arising from this project will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal means as per the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
13. Entire Agreement
13.1. These Terms, along with the quotation and any additional written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
